Kathy specializes in divorce financial planning, helping clients navigate major life transitions and make informed financial decisions. She provides guidance on asset division, cash flow planning, and long-term financial security, with an emphasis on education and organization.
She has worked in financial services since 1987, with experience spanning lending, public finance, and wealth management. She earned a degree in International Studies from Miami University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and holds the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation. She is active in professional divorce networks and has held chapter leadership roles.
Her approach is empathetic, structured, and practical. She helps clients understand their options, evaluate trade-offs, and develop a plan for moving forward with confidence.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and tennis. She volunteers with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, supports local fundraising initiatives, and enjoys spending time with her three children and her dog, Tanner.

Cannon Carr is a Regional Director and Partner at EP Wealth Advisors, where he works with business owners to help align their personal wealth with the wealth they are building through their businesses. Previously CEO of CornerCap, Cannon led a $1.2 billion wealth management firm before it joined EP Wealth.
His experience as a business leader, advisor, and former Wall Street analyst gives him a firsthand perspective on the challenges business owners face as they build wealth and work toward financial independence. Cannon earned an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. from Princeton University.
